BIO LATE PLUM AROMA SPUR is a pole plum variety. It has excellent fruit quality. It is suitable for growing in small gardens with a lack of space, but can also be placed in a container on the balcony.
It grows moderately vigorously , has a columnar shape, the branching of the branches is medium dense. Pruning is advisable to maintain the shape. The height of a mature tree is approximately 3m.
AROMA SPUR is a self-pollinating variety.
The fruit ripens from the end of September to October. The plums are oval in shape, approximately 30g. They do not burst and are also suitable for transport. The skin is partially separable from the flesh, the taste is sweet and sour and refreshing. The plums are suitable for direct consumption, but also for processing.
The harvest is stable and the fruit can be expected in the first year after planting.
AROMA SPUR late plum likes a sunny position, humid soil and regular watering.
It is not susceptible to plum diseases and has a high hardiness.
