DELIVERY CONDITIONS

GLS/DPD

The method of delivery of goods by the GLS/DPD courier company within Slovakia and selected EU countries.

The delivery time within Slovakia is usually the second working day after the parcel is handed over to the GLS/DPD courier.

The trees are dispatched from Monday to Thursday in the order in which the order is received.

As soon as the parcels are handed over to GLS/DPD, you will be informed of the delivery by e-mail and on the day of delivery by phone call/SMS.

Fruit trees are dispatched from the beginning of March to the end of November, delivery takes place in spring or at the end of November depending on weather conditions. Such delivery is by agreement with the customer.

Payment to the courier is possible in cash or by card. Cash on delivery is only possible in Slovakia (payment on delivery).

In case of payment by bank transfer or card payment, we send parcels only after receipt of payment.

When you receive the parcel, please check that the parcel is not damaged and report any damage to the driver.

If for any reason you are unable to collect the parcel or if you require a specific delivery date, please inform us in advance by email shop@tutifruti.sk / shop@tutifruti.at .

We will pack the goods on the day of shipment.
