PAMYATI UCHITELYA' is a very early dark red table grape variety which impresses with its attractive appearance, pleasant muscat aroma, high quality fruit and resistance to both disease and frost. It is a cross between Talizman x Cardinal and will appeal to gardeners and market growers alike.
The vines have bisexual, self-pollinating flowers, without pea berries, which guarantees regular and balanced fruiting. Shoot growth is vigorous and the lethorhens mature well along their length, which promotes the health of the kra and stable fertility.
The growing season is very short, only 105 to 110 days, with ripening already in the first decade of August. This makes it suitable for areas with shorter and cooler summers.
The clusters are large (800-1 200 g), cylindrical-conical, medium dense and have a high market value. They are well stored and transportable - ripe bunches can remain on the bush for a long time without loss of quality.
The berries are large (10-15 g), oval, 30 × 26 mm, even in size. They have a thin but firm skin which protects the flesh well and does not crack even in bad weather. The colour of the berries is dark red to purple, which makes them particularly attractive visually.
The flesh is dense, crisp, with pink juice. The flavour is highly appreciated, with a distinctive muscat note and aroma which develops fully at maturity. Sugar content reaches 18-19 °NM, guaranteeing a sweet, balanced taste experience.
PAMYATI UCHITELYA' is a high yielding variety with a high resistance to fungal diseases and frost, making it a reliable vine even in less favourable climatic conditions.
